Bubbly City

Out of the four different 'tribes' that live in Aquabluu's watery planet, this is the only one which I can't think of a single name for pyu~. The bubbly beings that live high atop the clouds. Some help, please~?

Their cities are encased in bubble, floating high above the ocean, connected to the ground only by long, towering skyscrapers with roads winding through them.They have feathers on their heads that denote their 'class', kind of like jobs in Final Fantasy. I tried to make things look grand and detailed as heck.
